Stephan Winkelmann announced upcoming Lambo SUV at the Beijing Motor Show. He said the car is going to be produced until 2017.
Lamborghini CEO has announced their new machine
Such a delay is connected with unprofitable politics of Lamborghini during last years. Winkelmann said this SUV will be produced for everyday use to attract more clients. The main market for a new SUV is China, so Lamborghini will have to compete with Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen analogs here. The engine will be taken form Gallardo and the platform is borrowed from Volkswagen.
